Teachable Q + A

  • You can access Teachable by going here . Simply input your email that you signed up with and put in your password. You can also find the course login under our seminar + tab on our main navigation. Just scroll down to the tab that says “course login.

  • From the Teachable login screen there is an option to select “forgot password.” Teachable will automatically send you a new password to login. However, If you are still having trouble, please contact customercare@cleansingstream.org.

    Please note that our office is only open during business hours and it may take up to 2 business days during retreat season for a response.

  • After logging in, go to “my schools” on the left hand side. After selecting it, you should see a list of schools you are enrolled in. Click on “Cleansing Stream International.” You should see a list of courses you are enrolled in. If you do not, go up to the top right and select “my products.”

    If you can’t find any courses it may also be because it has expired, or you set up your teachable account with a different email. Please email customercare@cleansingstream.org. Please note, our offices are only available during business hours. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response during retreat season.

  • First try refreshing your browser. If that doesn’t work try logging out and logging back in. If it is still not letting you advance please contact customercare@cleansinsgtream.org.
